Founder & Managing Director – Peter Rosenberger

Peter Rosenberger is a Chartered Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting with Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education, a licensed audit expert by the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority (FAOA), and an accredited auditor in the Czech Republic. He also holds the UEFA A-Coaching Licence.

He held senior positions in internationally active corporations such as Panalpina World Transport and Alstom, specializing in group accounting and controlling.
He later served as a Senior Manager at KPMG, leading both national and international engagements. Following that, he became Managing Partner at Avantgarde Information Technology (AIT) in Vaduz (Liechtenstein), overseeing major transformation projects for clients such as ABB, Siemens, Schindler, and UBS. His consulting focus was on strategic and process-related SAP advisory in finance, controlling, and logistics.

In parallel, he continues to manage a range of demanding audit mandates, combining technical know-how with entrepreneurial foresight.

On top of that, he spent many years as a responsible expert and lecturer in federal diploma examinations for Chartered Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting and also Business Computer Science.

Lin Nikolai Rosenberger – Consultant & Partner

Certified Marketing Director with Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education and Certified Sales Director with Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education with extensive leadership experience in the fashion and textile industries. He advises clubs across our core disciplines, drawing on both commercial and football expertise.

In parallel, he serves as an examination expert, lecturer, and author in the educational branch of the Swiss Retail Association.
As a former youth player with SC YF Juventus Zürich, FC Zürich, and FC Winterthur, he is currently preparing for his UEFA B coaching licence.

Minka Rosenberger – Assistant & Administration

Minka Rosenberger began her professional career as a qualified Banking Specialist with Federal Certificate at the former Kreditanstalt/Credit Suisse and today’s UBS. While also devoted to her role as a mother in a large family, she has actively supported her husband’s professional work from the very beginning.

She now leads the firm’s secretarial and administrative functions. With her linguistic versatility, professionalism, and personal charm, she plays a key role in client relations and internal operations.

Viera Rosenberger – Project Management

Viera Rosenberger holds a Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Business Administration (HF). She is responsible for managing internal project initiatives – from feasibility studies to implementation and quality assurance.
