Current Projects
1. Growth Focus: Selected Football Markets in Europe
Introduction
Strategic Focus
We operate along targeted development paths:
- Central Europe: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary
- D-A-CH region: Switzerland, Austria, Germany
- Southern Europe: Italy, Portugal, Spain
These markets – particularly in Central Europe – combine passion, heritage and structural catch-up potential. Ideal conditions for long-term value creation through capital structuring, governance and sporting performance.
Current Project Framework – Prague Location
We are currently evaluating several opportunities in professional football in Prague. The focus is on traditional clubs with strong local identity, structural development potential and openness to strategic capital structures. Initial discussions have taken place.
Visual Contrast – Between Vision and Heritage
Our projects thrive on complementary contrasts:
- International expansion meets historic roots
- Global mega-events encounter forgotten golden eras
- FIFA Club World Cup meets FIFA World XI, 1963
FIFA Club World Cup 2025 – USA
Global growth potential of football as a capital market asset.

2. Network & Synergies
Introduction:
We act as bridge-builders – between football, capital markets and structural advisory.
Our network is not based on coincidence, but on trust, reputation and decades of embeddedness in both finance and elite sports.
What connects us:
- Personal relationships with club owners in CZ, SK, DE
- Long-standing partners in law, transfer finance and scouting
- Joint projects with former world-class players and FIFA/UEFA officials
The joint venture “Rosenberger + Partner” stands for synergy at the highest level – locally rooted, European in thinking.

3. Three Strokes – Our Method
Introduction:
We think structurally – and act with impact. Our cognitive architecture is based on a simple yet effective principle:
Understand. Frame. Shape.
This three-stroke method guides us through all phases – from problem analysis to strategic positioning and hands-on implementation on the ground.
Use cases:
- Linking sporting goals with financial KPIs
- Designing exit strategies via IPO or investor succession
- Applying structured derivatives to hedge sporting volatility
Whether convergence or divergence: we know when diversity matters – and when clarity leads.
The three strokes represent our way of thinking: focused, systemic, effective.
